L'eau est un élément essentiel pour la vie. Elle est au c?ur du développement durable et du défit climatique. C'est un défi majeur pour Singapour où, malgré une pluviométrie élevée, les ressources naturelles sont faibles et les besoins augmentent avec l'accroissement de la population et de l'urbanisation.
La journée mondiale de l'eau, le 22 mars, est l'occasion de souligner le rôle essentiel et multiple de l'eau, et de valoriser les solutions pour développer l'accès aux ressources, les préserver et les renouveler.
Organisé par lepetitjournal.com/singapour, ce concours, gratuit et ouvert à tous, vise à promouvoir par la photographie la beauté et l'importance de l'eau à Singapour.

Water is essential to survival of all life and powers our climate. Today, natural resources are becoming increasingly scarce while our needs are growing in an ever more densely populated and urbanized world facing climate change issues.
The World Water Day, 22 march 2016, designated by the United Nations to celebrate the importance of water sustainability, is an opportunity to highlight the importance for the community to conserve, value and enjoy water.
Organized by lepetitjournal.com in Singapore, this open and free photography competition aims to inspire the creation and diffusion of positive imagery that conveys the beauty and importance of Water in our city.
THE BEST PICTURES, SELECTED BY A PROFESSIONNAL JURY AND BY THE PUBLIC, will be PUBLISHED in our printed magazine SINGAPOUR and EXHIBITED in large size in a great place in Singapore, during the ?VOILAH! French Festival Singapore? !
The winners will be presented and rewarded during the exhibition opening night and award ceremony in May 2016.
