Reporting to the General Director, the candidate will be responsible for:

" Participating in the bid documentation development stage and, in particular, if already appointed to this position during the bidding stage, be involved in the formulation of construction plans, schedules and methods, in the determination of direct and general costs, and take part in the contract negotiation stage;
" Keeping and foster relations with Employers/Customers and other partners, if any, involved in the different projects in accordance with the established guidelines;
" Ensuring accomplishment of the different projects in accordance with the established quality standards and scheduled times;
" Planning the activities related to the project and provide Staff units in charge of relevant services with the necessary data;
" Managing the contractual aspects of the projects, the definition and resolution of possible disputes with the Employer/Customer or partners arising from and in connection with the project, availing himself of the support of Staff units, if necessary;
" Constant monitoring the economic and financial trend of the project and define the actions required to achieve the set targets; ensure Customer's observance of stipulated financial conditions and take appropriate action in order to collect amounts due for payment; be responsible for transmitting all data to the company management control department;
" Making sure the project Quality Plan is correctly worked out and implemented in accordance with the specific contract requirements and in line with statutory provisions;
" Guarantee the correct management of human resources assigned to the project, developing good inter-company relations and communication, in observance of corporate policies and of the guidelines laid down by the company Department of Human Resources.

Profilo ricercato

The ideal candidate has a University schooling, has a sound experience in the Construction and civil sector, and has gained a professional experience in a Large size multinational environment.Mature, pragmatic, and team oriented, he is able to work according to tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required, while the knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
AGE: 40 - 50
Years of Experience: at least 7/10
