 BUSINESS RESPONSIBLE
Our client is an Italian private capital Company that develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products of high quality, on the Italian territory, in the European area and on the outside Europe markets too.
Quoting directly to the CEO, the new resource will totally manage from a commercial, technical, managerial/organizational and profitability point of view, the business of contract manufactoring.The candidate’s responsibilities will be :
- Planning strategically and in accordance with corporate guidelines, the business of internal production and third party and the subsequent management and supervision of all activities relating to the business and strategic development, the business development of technological solutions and/or the implementation of technical solutions to develop the production capacity, logistic and technical services;
- Planning the activity in accordance with the Budget;
- Monitoring constantly the business trend developing and implementing appropriate corrective actions;
- Defining the business plan for internal drugs manufacturing and for third parties, including the development of new production processes and managing relations with customers;
- Ensuring an appropriate strategic planning, in order to align the demand to the production capacity;
- Managing the business in all its operational aspects, through the efficient and effective coordination of all the human resources and the accurate supervision of all functions involved in the production process;
- Evaluating constantly the performances and the specific skills of the assigned human resources, suggesting improvement and development programmes;
- Ensuring the respect of the service and management standards according to corporate guidelines.
The ideal candidate is graduated in Technical-Economic disciplines with a vast experience in management roles in the pharmaceutical production business. Excellent management and business skills, leadership, negotiation and organization skills together with flexibility, independence and problem solving complete the profile. The fluent knowledge of the English language is an essential requirement. We will evaluate candidates from other countries.
